Technical Lead – Full‑Stack (React & .NET)

About the role

The Full‑Stack Technical Lead will own the technical direction of our web, mobile and backend platforms, ensuring solutions align with business goals. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will guide architecture, set engineering standards and mentor a growing team of developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive pragmatic architectural decisions (modular monolith vs. microservices) and apply Domain‑Driven Design principles.
• Set and enforce standards for code quality, testing, API contracts and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Project Managers to clarify requirements, break epics into deliverable slices and estimate work.
• Plan sprints, manage dependencies, mitigate risks and balance product speed with technical sustainability.
• Lead and mentor engineers through pair programming, design and code reviews.
• Develop high‑quality user experiences on web (React/Next.js) and mobile (React Native).
• Design and implement backend services in .NET Core, including API design, security and resilient patterns.
• Own database design, schema migrations, indexing and query optimisation.
• Establish observability foundations for system health monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior engineer or technical lead with end‑to‑end delivery ownership.
• Strong system design skills and ability to communicate architectural trade‑offs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience shipping production products across frontend, backend and mobile.
• Track record of mentoring and building engineering culture.
