Technical Sales Advisor – Aquaculture Market Development

About the role

Join Skretting, a Nutreco company, to lead the development of a new aquaculture market in Ghana. This one‑year project‑based role focuses on business development, technical support, and market entry for Skretting products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, establishing relationships with distributors, partners, and fish farmers.
• Provide technical advice and on‑site support to ensure optimal feed usage and farm performance.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to shape entry and growth strategy.
• Travel extensively across Ghana to visit customers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with a strong commercial mindset.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial attitude comfortable in an unstructured market.
• Fluent in English and local languages (Twi & Ga), with a valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of aquaculture feed and farm operations.
• Business development and sales experience.
