Technical Sales Advisor - Aqua

About the role

Own the development of a new aquaculture market in Ghana as a Technical Sales Advisor for Skretting, a Nutreco company. This project‑based role lasts one year and focuses on establishing a strong commercial and operational foundation for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including relationships with distributors, partners, and fish farmers.
• Support the introduction and positioning of Skretting products in the Ghanaian market.
• Provide technical advice and on‑site support to customers to ensure optimal feed usage and farm performance.
• Collect market insights and customer feedback to shape market entry and growth strategy.
• Travel extensively across Ghana to visit customers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science or a related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with interest in sales and business development.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial attitude comfortable in an unstructured market.
• Fluent in English and local languages (Twi & Ga).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
