About the role
Ubiquity is seeking a dedicated Trainer to deliver high‑quality, performance‑focused training for new hires and existing staff in Accra, Ghana. The role is office‑based and aims to accelerate employee readiness while supporting operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging, learner‑centered training sessions and ensure knowledge retention.
- Maintain trainer readiness by completing quarterly Trainer Skills Certification.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics such as new‑hire KPI achievement and 60‑day throughput.
- Conduct at least 15 calibration calls per month to keep process expertise current.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Nesting teams to deliver targeted interventions and close skill gaps.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of training materials and ensure they are up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Passion for teaching and strong ability to engage adult learners.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on measurable training outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
