Transport Accounting Specialist – Vehicle Payments & Reconciliation

About the role
We are looking for a Transport Accounting Specialist to manage payments, records and reconciliations for self‑owned vehicle drivers at our Takoradi facility. The role supports the transport team by ensuring accurate financial handling of driver trip logs and related expenses.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments to self‑owned vehicle drivers based on trip logs.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations.
- Track driver trip logs and calculate corresponding payments.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the transport team to keep driver records up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
