Warehouse Audit Supervisor

About the role
The Warehouse Audit Supervisor ensures compliance and efficiency across hardware and chemical storage operations. You will lead audit initiatives, enforce 6S standards, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain warehouse audit systems and 6S management standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, supervise rectification actions and verify outcomes.
- Audit inventory practices to guarantee consistency between physical stock, system records and locations.
- Oversee labeling, identification and safe storage of all materials, including hazardous chemicals.
- Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc inventory checks, resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, analyse trends and recommend efficiency measures.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, production and safety teams to streamline material handling.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics auditing or inventory management, preferably in ceramics, chemical or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of 6S principles and warehouse best practices.
- High attention to detail and proven data‑accuracy skills.
- Excellent analytical, logical reasoning and report‑writing abilities.
- Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork and initiative.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
