Warehouse Specialist (HWF)

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Specialist to manage and organise our warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and a focus on continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and organise the warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Receive, ship, pack, and unpack products efficiently and accurately.
• Arrange, label, and store items in an organised manner.
• Oversee receiving, identification, dispatch, and quality assurance of goods before delivery.
• Inspect and report the condition of all received goods.
• Identify operational improvement areas and implement revised procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Prepare, process, distribute, and file all warehouse documentation promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and industry standards.
• Supervise and coordinate casual workers to maintain productivity and safety.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, mathematics and statistics, or business administration.
• Strong organisational and inventory management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory control practices.
