Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Nestlé Ghana Limited is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its distribution centre in Tema. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective handling of inbound and outbound goods while meeting customer order deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and CARE standards in all warehousing activities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end inbound, outbound and related processes.
• Monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
• Optimize use of labour, equipment and material handling resources.
• Apply best practices such as First Expired‑First‑Out (FEFO) and traceability.
• Foster a problem‑solving mindset to drive waste‑reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cost‑optimization projects to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams (factory, Supply Chain, Procurement) and external partners (suppliers, customs, transport providers).
