Warehouse Supervisor – Manage Operations & Team

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods. This role combines hands‑on supervision with the use of technology to maintain inventory accuracy and a safe, organized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assign tasks, monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and productivity.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors or delays.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on inventory, productivity, and staffing.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ability to work under pressure, reliable and responsible.
• Physically fit for a warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or overtime as needed.
• Degree in logistics, supply‑chain management, business, mathematics, statistics or a related field (preferred).
