Web Developer – Real Estate (Accra)

About the role

Ballon d'Or Homes is seeking an Information Technology Web Developer to design, build, and maintain its digital presence. The role focuses on creating responsive, secure, and high‑performing web solutions that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement for the company’s residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front‑end frameworks.
• Implement server‑side functionality, integrate APIs, and manage databases for back‑end operations.
• Optimize website performance, ensure cross‑browser compatibility, and apply security best practices.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Update website content, maintain consistent branding, and monitor site analytics.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data protection compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in modern web development and platform maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively with non‑technical stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Interest in the real‑estate or property development sector is a plus.
