About the role
Hermosa Bridal Boutique is seeking a full‑time Bridal Store Assistant to join its team in Accra. The role focuses on delivering a personalized and memorable shopping experience for brides‑to‑be, ensuring they find the perfect gown while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive customer service and guide clients through the gown selection process.
- Maintain store organization, including display arrangement and inventory control.
- Manage retail sales transactions and process payments accurately.
- Coordinate client appointments and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to connect with clients.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or bridal environments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage daily operations smoothly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
