About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Ceramic Glaze Sprayer to join our production team in the Prestea‑Huni Valley Municipal District. The successful candidate will apply ceramic glazes using specialized spray equipment, ensuring high‑quality finishes that meet design specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ceramic substrates and glaze materials for spraying.
• Operate, adjust, and maintain glaze spraying equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply glazes uniformly to ceramic products, monitoring thickness and coverage.
• Conduct quality‑control checks to verify finish consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with production staff to meet daily output targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in ceramic glaze application techniques with a focus on precision.
• Understanding of ceramic materials, glaze properties, and proper handling.
• Ability to work safely with equipment and follow operational guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• High school diploma or relevant certification; experience in ceramics or manufacturing is a plus.
