Commission-Based Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Commission‑Based Sales Executive to join our creative ecosystem in the Greater Accra Region. In this full‑time on‑site position you will drive new business opportunities for Lestha’s portfolio of design, branding and interior‑styling services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new clients across the Greater Accra market.
• Present and sell Lestha’s creative services, including branding, design education and corporate interior styling.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, collect insights and provide strategic recommendations to the team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales, lead generation and negotiation.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking abilities.
• Experience or familiarity with brand strategy, creative products or business development.
• Understanding of the creative industry – design, marketing and interior styling.
• Results‑driven mindset with ability to meet ambitious targets.
• Knowledge of the Greater Accra market and an existing network of potential clients is a plus.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑based compensation structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
