Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to plan, organize, direct and monitor construction work, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met. The role involves close coordination with design teams, supervisors, clients and the HSE department to deliver projects safely and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and monitor construction activities, tracking schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with design teams, supervisors, subcontractors and clients to align project goals.
• Manage financial, production, equipment and supply schedules.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks, monitor workloads and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, address issues and align objectives.
• Resolve conflicts, promote collaboration and ensure compliance with contracts, building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the HSE team to enforce safety protocols, manage risks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong initiative, professional rigor and focus on meeting objectives.
• Ability to adapt to multicultural contexts and good interpersonal skills.
