Cook – Full-time Kitchen Position in Accra

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team in Osu, Accra. The role is full‑time, working the 4 pm – 12 am shift, and involves preparing high‑quality meals while managing inventory and supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan menu items in consultation with the Director and create recipes.
• Prepare advanced items and ensure all food preparation is completed at the start of each shift.
• Develop a shopping budget, conduct food purchasing at the opening of business, and verify the quality of all ingredients.
• Maintain inventory records in the POS system, perform regular inventory checks, and keep accurate logs of food waste.
• Cook and plate dishes according to established standards and ensure timely service.

Required profile

• Residence in Osu, Labone, Labadi, Cantonments, Teshi or surrounding areas.
• Valid bank account, national ID card and SSNIT number.
• Ability to work the 4 pm – 12 am shift consistently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a POS (Point‑of‑Sale) inventory system.
