Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will be the principal financial leader of LT Holdings Ltd, responsible for overseeing all financial operations, reporting, compliance and strategic financial planning across the Group. This senior position combines day‑to‑day financial management with high‑level corporate finance and investment activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the finance and accounting team, setting performance standards and fostering a high‑output culture.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies and procedures across the Group.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO, Board and senior leadership.
• Drive the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycle aligned with strategic objectives.
• Oversee preparation and timely submission of accurate financial statements, management accounts and statutory reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Ghana’s financial regulations, tax obligations (GRA), IFRS and sector‑specific requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and resolve audit findings promptly.
• Monitor Group expenditure, financial performance and variance analysis.
• Source, structure and manage local and international financing solutions for the Group’s project portfolio.

Required profile

• Commercially astute, results‑driven finance professional with senior leadership experience.
• Strong background in accounting, audit, investment banking, project finance or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to engage banks, development finance institutions, equity investors and international financiers.
• Excellent technical depth and relationship capital to represent the Group at a senior level.
