Head of Growth

About the role

The Smile Restore Dental Clinics is seeking a dynamic Head of Growth to lead the development and execution of strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, revenue generation, and clinic expansion across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the clinic’s mission.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and optimise the customer journey.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet revenue and expansion targets.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in growth marketing, growth hacking, and customer acquisition.
• Strong background in sales and business development, with a track record of securing new opportunities.
• Experience creating data‑driven strategies and using metrics to optimise growth and retention.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in the healthcare or dental sector is advantageous.
