Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding as a Human Resource Business Partner in Accra, supporting the company’s mission to connect people worldwide. You will provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, ensure compliance with policies and legislation, and help attract, develop, and retain talent.

Key responsibilities

• Advise business managers and employees on HR policies and activities.
• Manage a broad range of HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, including legal advice and data analysis.
• Coordinate and administer HR processes such as talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and performance management.
• Set service standards, schedules, and targets for HR processes.
• Analyze HR data to identify issues and drive process improvements.
• Promote awareness and compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 + years of experience across core HR functions (talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations, etc.).
• Strong business understanding and proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Experience delivering organizational change projects.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
