About the role
As a Key Account Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will drive awareness and demand for our pharmaceutical products across hospitals and clinics. You will ensure continuous product availability and support tender processes while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer segmentation for hospitals and clinics according to company guidelines.
- Maintain up‑to‑date databases of hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders.
- Provide the latest product information to medical practitioners, pharmacists, and KOLs.
- Present and discuss company products during face‑to‑face meetings and group presentations.
- Analyse market insights for each institution to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise market penetration and respond to feedback.
- Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and high standards of business conduct.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
