Lotto Agent Marketer

About the role

The Lotto Agent Marketer works on‑site in Accra to promote Lucky Lottery’s products directly to customers. You will engage prospects and existing players, explain game options, pricing and rules, and help increase ticket sales through face‑to‑face marketing and local outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Promote lottery products and distribute promotional materials in the field.
• Explain game options, pricing and rules clearly to customers.
• Provide point‑of‑sale support and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain basic sales records and reconcile daily sales.
• Gather player feedback and share market insights with the team.
• Meet assigned sales targets while complying with all regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities with a talent for building trust quickly.
• Basic numeracy for cash handling and simple reporting.
• Clear verbal communication in English and local languages.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, including evenings and weekends.
• High integrity, reliability and respect for confidentiality and regulatory guidelines.
• Senior high school certificate or equivalent; marketing or business training is a plus.

Required skills

• Use of basic point‑of‑sale tools or mobile devices for sales transactions.
