Mechanic – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Mechanic to join our manufacturing team at Keda Ghana Ceramics. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing factory equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in factory machinery.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Report major issues to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Relevant certification such as NVTI, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in industrial or factory maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities.
• Safety‑conscious and disciplined work approach.
