Multiple Construction & Logistics Roles in Nsawam

About the role

Fncee Consult is hiring for several positions within the building and construction materials sector in Nsawam, Eastern Region, Ghana. The roles span field operations, stock management, and site supervision, offering opportunities for individuals who are hardworking, safety‑focused, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with loading and off‑loading construction materials and support warehouse inventory handling (Field Worker).
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper movement of goods in the work area (Field Worker).
• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensure correct storage, labeling, and conduct regular stock counts (Stocks Manager).
• Track incoming and outgoing stock movements and prepare periodic inventory reports (Stocks Manager).
• Coordinate and supervise on‑site activities, supervise field workers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards (Field Supervisor).
• Monitor safety practices on site, liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers, and produce daily/weekly progress reports (Field Supervisor).

Required profile

• Minimum education: JHS, SHS, Technical/Vocational for field workers; HND, Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field for stock managers.
• Previous experience in warehouse, construction, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (Field Worker).
• Strong organizational, record‑keeping, and attention‑to‑detail abilities (Stocks Manager).
• Good communication, teamwork, and ability to follow safety procedures.
