About the role
We are looking for an experienced Onsite Manager to lead the daily operations of a premium entertainment and experience centre in Accra. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, coordinating events, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all day‑to‑day activities of the experience centre.
- Ensure audiovisual, cinema, and smart‑technology systems are fully operational.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and visitors.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and event schedules.
- Coordinate private screenings, corporate events, and special functions.
- Supervise, train, and support onsite staff.
- Monitor sales, bookings, and operational performance.
- Prepare operational and revenue reports.
- Support marketing initiatives and customer retention efforts.
- Maintain facility assets, equipment, and inventory.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, customer service, or facility management.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience managing a customer‑facing venue is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
