About the role
The company, a specialist in earthmoving machinery, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee its workshop operations in Ghana. You will lead a team of engineers, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the workshop’s health and safety training programmes and engineer development.
- Monitor profit and loss statements and control operational costs.
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality standards of all work performed.
- Support strategic growth initiatives, increase market share and promote continuous improvement across the business.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading engineers and fostering their development.
- Background in a managerial role within an earthmoving dealer or manufacturer.
- Hands‑on experience as an earthmoving machinery engineer.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
