Product Pre-Sales Manager

About the role

The Product Pre-Sales Manager will act as the technical bridge between our video surveillance solutions and prospective customers. You will support product launches, represent the portfolio at industry events, and guide the sales team with strategic recommendations based on customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and proof technical materials for new product launches.
• Represent managed products at industry trade shows and events.
• Provide strategic and technical advice to sales opportunities, recommending solutions that match customer requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate technical overviews, specifications, and documentation for products and solutions.
• Test Dahua and competitor camera features to craft compelling marketing messages that highlight product value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales support, sales engineering or product marketing within the video surveillance industry.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to present to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Project management experience.
