Project Sales Manager – Partner & System Integrator

About the role
The Project Sales Manager will lead the development and management of partner and system‑integrator relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction across public‑safety, airport, power and customs sectors. This role combines strategic planning, performance analysis and hands‑on sales execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with partners and system integrators.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and prioritize sales and marketing action plans for the department.
- Prepare performance reports, analyse data and drive improvements in project/account performance.
- Review contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly and resolve any billing issues.
- Oversee inventory management and track sales outflows.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client networks in public safety, airports, power or customs.
- Familiarity with project operations, bidding processes and procedures.
- Experience or knowledge of two‑way radio solutions, critical communication, command‑center and CCTV systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Team‑player attitude, self‑motivation and a professional, ethical character.
