Restaurant Manager – Lead Operations & Guest Experience

About the role

Our client, a hospitality brand dedicated to healthy, high‑quality dining, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in Accra. You will ensure exceptional service, maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and overall restaurant operations.
• Supervise kitchen and service staff, maintaining performance standards.
• Develop strategies to boost customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Track financial records, expenses, and budget adherence.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years restaurant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in menu planning and food/beverage cost control.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Experience using order‑tracking or inventory management software.
• Basic financial reporting tools.
