About the role
GHS Housing Limited is a dynamic and growing real estate development and civil engineering company. We are currently developing a 2,000+ housing scheme near Kutunse and have several civil‑engineering design and build projects in our portfolio. As part of this demanding phase of growth, we are looking for an innovative, versatile and forward‑thinking Sales & Marketing Officer to help us deliver excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to promote our housing projects.
- Handle client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Undertake site viewings with clients to showcase properties.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
Required profile
- Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
