Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our retail team in Accra. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them find the right products while maintaining a clean and welcoming shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information.
• Stay informed about client needs, product range and latest sales trends.
• Maintain the cleanliness of internal and external shop areas.
• Ensure shop equipment is functional and report any issues promptly.
• Re‑stock shelves regularly and conduct frequent inventories.
• Follow company policies on cash handling, security and record‑keeping.
• Handle customer complaints and queries professionally.
• Maintain and update contact lists, follow up with customers to nurture relationships.

Required profile

• SHS graduate, Diploma, HND or Degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong negotiation, time‑management and planning abilities.
