SAP System Administrator (SAP Business One)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP System Administrator to join our team in Accra. The role focuses on managing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP Business One environments built on SAP HANA. You will ensure system stability, security, and high performance while supporting business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer SAP Business One and SAP HANA platforms, including user management and security settings.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Perform regular backups, restore procedures, and disaster‑recovery testing.
• Monitor system performance and conduct tuning to meet SLA targets.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Linux and Windows Server administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on SAP administration or Basis experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business One and SAP HANA architecture.
• Proven experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
