Study Abroad & Visa Consultant

About the role

Dellics Travels Ghana is seeking a full‑time Study Abroad & Visa Consultant to join its on‑site team in Tema. You will guide students and other clients through the entire process of studying abroad, from selecting suitable programmes to completing visa applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on international study options and match clients with appropriate programmes.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all documentation meets current immigration regulations.
• Liaise with educational institutions, embassies, and other relevant authorities to facilitate smooth admissions and visa processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of immigration policies, visa requirements, and study‑abroad trends.
• Manage application timelines, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with all procedural requirements.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling immigration issues, visa applications, or related client‑support roles.
• Strong communication and consulting abilities to provide clear guidance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
• Proven capability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
