About the role
The Listing Agent will join Auresana Horizon’s cross‑border advisory team in Accra, supporting clients with property acquisition and market entry. This full‑time position focuses on sourcing, marketing, and managing real‑estate listings to facilitate smooth transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Source and evaluate properties across the Accra market.
- Prepare accurate listing information and compelling property descriptions.
- Coordinate professional photography and visual material creation.
- Conduct property viewings and liaise with owners, developers, and internal advisory teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and high standards of client service.
Required profile
- Strong real‑estate listing and property marketing experience, including preparing descriptions and visual assets.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Accra real‑estate market.
- Ability to travel locally for property visits and collaborate with internal advisory and sales teams.
- Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to non‑discriminatory, client‑centered service.
