About the role

We are seeking a prudent Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential assets. The role focuses on maximizing asset value, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Manage all aspects of assigned properties
Design business plans for properties that meet customer needs
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
Maintain positive, productive relationships with tenants
Negotiate leases and contracts with contractors promptly and reliably
Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends
Oversee property personnel and assess performance
Achieve financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Stay updated on job and market knowledge
