About the role
MGA Consulting Ghana Ltd. is looking for a results‑driven Sales Officer to join its FMCG team. You will be responsible for generating sales, building new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships across Accra and the Tema region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the FMCG market.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Promote company products and increase market presence.
- Manage sales leads, follow‑ups, and customer accounts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Required profile
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or baby nutrition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Fluent in English and willing to travel for client engagements.
- Valid driver’s licence.
