Senior Business Compliance Executive

About the role

The Senior Business Compliance Executive will lead the delivery of comprehensive compliance services for corporate clients in Ghana. This role combines company secretarial duties with regulatory liaison, ensuring clients meet all statutory and licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business registration and amendment processes with the Registrar General’s Department and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre.
• Process visas, work permits, and immigration quotas through the Ghana Immigration Service.
• Obtain business operating permits, FDA approvals, EPA permits, NGO licenses, and customs-related licences.
• Provide full company secretarial services for multiple client entities.
• Generate new business leads, prepare proposals, quotations, and monthly activity reports.
• Write compliance‑related articles and participate in webinars or podcasts.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensure confidentiality, and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in legal or business compliance roles.
• Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and result‑orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
