Senior Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

ILLAS Realty is seeking a Senior Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant to drive high‑value property transactions and build lasting relationships with affluent clients and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, qualify and develop relationships with prospective luxury property buyers and investors.
• Leverage existing networks and professional contacts to generate qualified property leads.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle – from initial consultation to negotiation, documentation, closing and post‑sale support.
• Present investment‑oriented property opportunities, negotiate terms and close high‑value transactions.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth and corporate clients, both local and diaspora.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales, banking, wealth management or related client‑facing roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong understanding of Accra’s luxury real estate market, including off‑plan developments, rental yields and capital appreciation trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly self‑driven, commercially aware and goal‑oriented.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Bigin.
• Digital sales and social‑media tools for prospecting and branding.
