About the role
As an Account Manager you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding Gameloft Business Solutions partnerships across Ghana. You will work with a multinational team to deliver digital entertainment services to mobile operators and other partners.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Prospect, approach and present Gameloft services to potential new clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Collaborate with regional commercial, operations and technical teams to launch projects on time and within budget.
- Liaise with stakeholders—including finance, advertising and digital project teams—to meet revenue targets.
- Develop deep product knowledge to suggest optimisations for live projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
- 5‑10 years of experience with mobile operators, digital content, VAS services and digital advertising campaigns.
- Fluent English with strong presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Jira.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Use of account management tools.
