About the role

As an Account Manager you will lead the growth of Gameloft Business Solutions’ partnerships in Ghana, working with a multinational team to deliver digital entertainment services and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing carrier and content partners, identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Prospect new clients, present Gameloft services and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with regional commercial, operations and technical teams to launch projects on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across finance, advertising and digital project teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to suggest optimisations for live projects and prioritise tasks with a revenue‑focused approach.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience with mobile operators, digital content and value‑added services.
  • Fluent English with strong presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of project‑management principles.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using Jira.
  • Familiarity with CRM and account‑management tools.
