Digital Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Product Manager to join our team in the Tema Metropolitan District. This hybrid position offers flexibility to work remotely while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to drive the lifecycle of our digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital solutions.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
• Coordinate resources, manage timelines and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Track performance metrics and use data‑driven insights to improve outcomes.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations to align product goals with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven product and project management experience, preferably in digital or telecom environments.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities to engage stakeholders and evaluate market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems and thrive in a hybrid work setting.
• Familiarity with telecommunications or digital platforms is a plus.
