Graphic Design Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our NGO team in Accra. The role offers hands‑on experience creating visual content that supports our health and education projects, helping to communicate impact and engage communities.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for campaigns, reports, and social media.
• Create logos and branding elements that align with the NGO’s mission.
• Edit and retouch images to ensure high‑quality visual output.
• Collaborate with program staff to translate project ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Maintain design files and adhere to brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for using design to drive social impact.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience in logo design and branding.
• Image editing and manipulation skills.
