About the role
The Leader Support Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Stake, Mission and District Presidents, as well as Area Authorities, providing timely assistance, training and escalation support across the Global Services Department.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the leader experience within the Global Services Department and coordinate with area functional managers.
- Collaborate with the Collaborative Cloud to resolve support requests and escalations.
- Analyze feedback from Coordinating Councils and contribute to Area Planning and strategic improvements.
- Provide continuous recommendations for process, system and training enhancements.
- Ensure leader needs are addressed promptly with a Christ‑like service mindset.
- Assist in developing and delivering leader training programs.
- Conduct customer satisfaction research and may undertake in‑country duties as directed.
Required profile
- Member of the Church in good standing and holder of a temple recommend.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communication or related field); Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 6 years of experience in customer relationship or experience roles, including 3 years in a contact‑center environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of Church organization and ability to work with multiple departments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- French language skills are an advantage.
