Revenue Growth Manager – West & Central Africa

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda for the West and Central Africa (WAC) Business Unit of The Coca‑Cola Bottling Company of Ghana. The role focuses on turning data and commercial insights into sustainable, profitable growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across multiple markets.
• Optimise brand, pack, price, channel and promotional architecture.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate volume, revenue and contribution margin growth.
• Strengthen promotion effectiveness and commercial investment ROI.
• Translate consumer, shopper, customer and financial insights into clear business recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy and Data teams.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant FMCG or commercial experience.
• Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy or Business Analytics.
• Strong understanding of FMCG economics and commercial value creation.
• Advanced analytical, financial modelling and scenario‑planning capabilities.
• Fluency in English; French, Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage.
• Experience working across multiple markets or diverse commercial environments.
