About the role
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Uno by acquiring new SME and corporate clients, expanding strategic accounts, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, commercially aggressive professional who thrives in a performance‑based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into active accounts.
- Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and drive monthly revenue growth.
- Maintain high client retention and account activity.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality.
- Track and report pipeline and sales performance.
- Represent Uno professionally in the market.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and independent work skills.
- Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
- Experience in logistics, e‑commerce, fintech, retail, or technology sectors.
- Existing network of SME or corporate contacts.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary GHS 4,000 – 7,000 per month.
- Performance incentives including revenue commissions, client activation bonuses, retention bonuses, and pipeline performance bonuses.
- Uncapped earnings potential up to GHS 18,000+ per month.
