About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Uno by acquiring new SME and corporate clients, expanding strategic accounts, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, commercially aggressive professional who thrives in a performance‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into active accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key decision‑makers and drive monthly revenue growth.
  • Maintain high client retention and account activity.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service quality.
  • Track and report pipeline and sales performance.
  • Represent Uno professionally in the market.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and independent work skills.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Experience in logistics, e‑commerce, fintech, retail, or technology sectors.
  • Existing network of SME or corporate contacts.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Base salary GHS 4,000 – 7,000 per month.
    • Performance incentives including revenue commissions, client activation bonuses, retention bonuses, and pipeline performance bonuses.
    • Uncapped earnings potential up to GHS 18,000+ per month.
