About the role
Bodiewox Wellness, a premium wellness destination in Accra, is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to drive qualified traffic and convert visitors into paying clients. This performance‑driven position requires a proactive individual with strong networks in the Ghanaian market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying Bodiewox clients.
- Build and maintain a steady, trackable pipeline of customer traffic.
- Keep clean records of leads, follow‑ups, and conversions.
- Report regularly on pipeline progress and results.
- Represent the Bodiewox brand consistently and professionally.
Required profile
- Proven results in sales, business development, customer acquisition, or referral‑driven growth.
- Strong communication, follow‑through, and self‑discipline.
- Comfortable working independently and being measured on outcomes.
- Familiarity with the Ghanaian market, particularly Accra.
- Background in wellness, beauty, medspa, hospitality, fitness, or premium services is a strong advantage.
