About the role

As an Account Manager you will lead and grow Gameloft Business Solutions' partnerships in Ghana. You will work with a multinational team to deliver digital entertainment solutions and drive revenue for both existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with current partners, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Prospect, approach, and present Gameloft services to potential new clients.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
  • Collaborate with regional commercial, operations, technical and digital project teams to launch projects on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across operations, finance and advertising to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to suggest optimisations for live projects.
  • Prioritise tasks with a revenue‑focused approach.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience with mobile operators in digital content, VAS services or similar.
  • Proficiency with account‑management and CRM tools.
  • Experience in digital content delivery and management.
  • Fluent English with strong presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of project‑management principles.
