About the role
LAWUEL’S Homecare Network is seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join its Takoradi office. You will support daily operations, manage executive schedules, and ensure smooth clerical workflows in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain executive calendars and meeting schedules.
- Organise and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professional etiquette.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Handle routine clerical tasks to keep office operations running efficiently.
Required profile
- Proven experience in administrative and executive assistance.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in clerical work.
- Effective organisational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑moving setting.
- Relevant experience or training; a diploma or degree in a related field is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
