About the role
Our client is looking for an organized, customer‑focused Assistant to support daily operations in Accra. The role combines administrative duties with front‑line customer service, handling enquiries, bookings and event coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Maintain booking records and operational documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments and events.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
- Oversee cinema, gaming and event reservations.
- Assist with event planning, setup and coordination.
- Record sales and payment transactions.
- Monitor office supplies, inventory and coordinate deliveries.
- Support communication between management, customers and service providers.
Required profile
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration, reception, secretarial or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
