B2B Sales Executive - Poultry Feed

About the role

Jokas farms is looking for a B2B Sales Executive based in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, to sell its range of quality poultry feed products to farmers, retailers and distributors. The role involves field sales, client relationship building and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new poultry farmers, feed retailers and commercial distributors.
• Promote and sell the company's poultry feed products.
• Visit farms frequently and meet prospective business customers to generate direct sales leads.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales volume and revenue targets.
• Follow up on customer orders, payments and repeat orders.
• Monitor competitors, market prices and customer needs, and prepare regular sales reports and customer records.
• Explore new geographic markets and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness or a related field.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to drive; willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in poultry feed, animal nutrition or agribusiness, is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet targets, work independently and take initiative in the field.
