About the role
Avnash Industries Ghana Limited is seeking a reliable Boiler Operator to join its production facilities in Accra. The role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boiler equipment that supports the company’s edible oil, soap, and rice manufacturing lines.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on boiler and related equipment.
- Monitor boiler system during operation and intervene promptly when irregularities arise.
- Maintain accurate logs of operational parameters and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
Required profile
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience operating and maintaining industrial boilers.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and operational standards.
